The CU Center for COMBAT Research believes that developing the next generation of medical researchers is the only way to ensure continued improvement in the care of combat casualties as the operational landscape evolves and translate these improvements to civilian trauma patients.
The center’s educational core facilitates mentorship, education, and collaborative partnership through the COMBAT Research Scholar and COMBAT Fellow programs, educational and research partnership agreements with national agencies and institutions, and seminars with world-renowned thought leaders.
The center is committed to building expertise in implementation and dissemination science, collaborating with medical education faculty to research optimal ways to train and sustain skills, and partnering with CU experts in program evaluation.
