Scientist Training And Intensive Mentorship (STIM) Program is a unique, monthly mentorship process linking investigators from General and Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, and Trauma Surgery.
Junior and mid-career investigators receive comprehensive, longitudinal mentorship dedicated to obtaining the initial K-award and the K-to-R transition. Since 2011, EM-STIM has resulted in more than 12 K-awards, and more than 6 R-level awards.
