Prosthetic Components

Weir Biomechatronics Development Laboratory

Prosthetic Components

Prosthetic components make up the external device that users wear.  These components range from gear systems, to flexible actuators, to 3D printed fingers and toes.  We aim to create lightweight, functional, and aesthetic prostheses that are customizable for individual needs.
