The Emergency and Trauma Imaging fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is a one-year program based at University of Colorado Hospital (UCH), the only comprehensive academic health sciences center in Colorado, the largest academic health center in the Rocky Mountain region and one of the newest education, research, and patient care facilities in the world. A total of 3 positions are available each academic year.​

The goal of the CU Emergency and Trauma Imaging training program is to provide fellows with a balanced, comprehensive education spanning all aspects of Emergency and Trauma Imaging including routine emergency cross sectional imaging and complex inpatient and ICU imaging. As an academic institution, fellows will also receive comprehensive training in reading neuro MR in the emergency, ICU, and inpatient setting. Our fellows also spend substantial time training with each major subspecialty section in the department to hone their interests and expose them to other areas where they may consider additional fellowship training. We train our fellows to become proficient and comfortable in handling high volumes of complex cases, and in becoming clinical leaders of care at their future practice.​

We are currently accepting applications for fellowship year 2027-2028.
