What are your favorite things to do in the Denver area?

I love going on short/easy hikes (still getting used to the altitude) and exploring the food scene.

What did you do before getting into medicine (Radiology)

I was born and raised in Inver Grove Heights, MN (suburb outside of St. Paul). I went to Northwestern University for undergrad then worked as a medical scribe for 2 yrs. I then completed a Master's in Biomedical Sciences at Rosalind Franklin University where I later attended medical school. The end of M1 year is when I discovered Radiology and began to focus my efforts in that field. I took a gap year between M2 and M3 doing research in Interventional Radiology at Northwestern with a focus on Interventional Oncology.

A few fun facts: I love playing volleyball, kickboxing, singing/music, and watching tons of Netflix! I have three fur babies: 1 bunny (Bella) and 2 kitties (Sadie and Orion). Yes, they all get along!
