Mass Spectrometry Metabolomics Shared Resource Facility

RC1 panorma -- 850 x 195

The University of Colorado School of Medicine Metabolomics Core utilizes high throughput mass spectrometry-based approaches to profile small molecule metabolites in diverse and complex biological samples. We offer services in steady state profiling, in vitro and in vivo stable isotope tracing, absolute quantitation, and trace metal analysis.

Our research team has specific expertise in red blood cell/blood component metabolism, cancer metabolism, hypoxia and oxidative stress, and biochemical underpinnings of disease.

The Metabolomics MS Core facility is located in Room L18-1303 on the first floor of the RC-1 South Building on the Anschutz Medical Campus.

The facility is supported in part by the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
