The Leadership Team was created to provide input in strategic decisions of growth, management, and innovation to tackle "big ticket" issues in our division.
The leadership committee is comprised of two sub-committees working together
- Strategy & Infrastructure: focuses on implementing solutions for issues involving financial transparency, operational efficiency, and divisional infrastructure
- Community & Culture: focuses on implementing solutions for issues involving communication, culture, fairness, and experiences from varied backgrounds
