Statistical Analysis

The Department of Radiology provides inter-departmental biostatistical support for faculty, fellows, and residents by coordinating with a statistical resource team, with efforts underway to identify a long-term replacement. This team will assist researchers with study design, statistical analysis, and the interpretation and communication of research findings. Support also includes collaborative authoring of grants, IRB applications, conference abstracts/posters/papers, and manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.

Starting November 1, 2023, the department is moving to a new process:

• Investigator fills out this internal request form: Radiology Statistical Request Form
• All requests are reviewed by Section Head, then the Vice Chair of Research
• Approved project is funded 50% Section funds/ 50% department
