The Hemophilia and Thrombosis Center Pharmacy stocks all assays and factor products locally to ensure that most orders are shipped within 24 hours of refill requests (based on the availability of FedEx Delivery in your area).

Please be aware that an order on Friday will not be sent until Monday unless it is an urgent need and the product is available. Please note that during the holidays shipping may be affected. 

When your factor arrives, please open the box immediately and follow the instructions included, especially for factor products that need refrigeration.  Instructions can also be found here.​ 

The boxes that bring your supplies can now be recycled through our return program. Included in your paperwork are return labels and instructions on how to send the boxes and packing supplies back to our pharmacy, free of charge to you. See instructions and details here.​

We also ask that you sign and return the factor packing slip that is marked in red to us in the self-addressed and stamped envelope as soon as possible. These forms are required for us to comply with regulations.
