Credit Card Payments for Pharmacy Prescriptions Now Available!

The pharmacy is now able to accept payment for prescriptions using a debit or credit card. Simply click on the Pay My Bill button to be re-directed to the payment portal. You will need the claim number from your invoice and the patient's initials when paying online. 

If you wish to pay a bill by check or cash, please mail payment* to:
