Mission:

The Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center of the University of Colorado strives to provide unparalleled access to the highest quality care, education, research, community engagement, and pharmacy services for patients with bleeding and clotting disorders in the Rocky Mountain region through teamwork, partnership with patients and families, and focus on continuous improvement.

Vision:

The HTC will be a national leader in defining best clinical outcomes for patients, while integrating changes in the health care system, and forwarding research and education.

The Objectives of the Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center program are to:
  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, education and consultative services for patients with hemophilia and thrombosis disorders and their families in the Rocky Mountain region. 
  • Provide education for physicians and other professionals involved in caring for persons with bleeding and clotting disorders.
  • Conduct specialized research in coagulation disorders.
