Successful practices (Valley Wide Health System and Puls and Mann Family Medicine) will share very specific tactics on how they have achieved the HCPF benchmarks on glycemic control and hypertension. For Pediatric Practices: Having skills and tools to address vaccine hesitancy is essential in Pediatric practices. Dr. Jessica Cataldi, pediatric infectious disease specialist will share strategies, tips, and resources to address vaccine hesitancy.

6/11/2026 – PCMP Learning Community Meetings – “ Missed Opportunities for increased compensation” related to behavioral health services provided in your practice. After engaging with dozens of Colorado practices to help them get paid for the behavioral health services, Pam Ballou-Nelson has seen significant opportunities for better compensation. She will share what she has learned including simplified tools for appropriate billing to be paid.
