Train the Trainer is focused on developing the knowledge, confidence, and skills to support engagement in Alternative Payment Model (APM) 2 and other value based payment opportunities to Practice Facilitators and Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) liaisons across Colorado. Throughout the trainings, Practice Facilitators and RAE's will gain the skills to support changes in culture and care delivery models, along with administrative skills, including data management and budgeting to enable practices to succeed and thrive in value based payment.
