Yes, photos will be taken for marketing and communications purposes. If you would like to opt out of photos, please talk to a conference organizer.

Upon arrival, hotel staff will be availble to help unload your vehicle as you check in. Options for parking include valet and self-parking at the same cost. We would recommend valet parking to avoid parking issues upon check-out.

Note - Parking is paid at a discounted rate. The Conference will cover one night's worth of parking.

The Conference, through generous support, is able to provide each attendee with 1 night of accomodation, resort fee and parking (self-park or valet). Attendees are more than welcome to stay additional nights at the discounted conference rate at their own expense.

Upon check-out, attendees will only be billed for additional nights of stay (with resort fee and parking) and incidentals acrued.

If your credit card is being charged before the conference, it is a hold for incidentals. All charges will be finalized after the conference for amounts associated with additional nights stayed.
