Pathology Shared Resource

The Pathology Shared Resource located in the Department of Pathology provides researchers access to the full spectrum of expertise in pathology.

Services are provided through four integrated sections:

• Biobanking (RRID: SCR_021989)
• Cytogenetics (RRID: SCR_021991)
  
• Molecular Pathology (RRID: SCR_021995)
• Research Histology (RRID: SCR_021994)

The PSR is designed to support the biospecimen handling requirements of any local or multi-institutional research study, biobanking, Investigator Initiated trial, or clinical trial with full integration into the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System. Through integration with the Pathology clinical operation, the PSR offers clinical-grade sample processing and testing for research and clinical trial correlative studies.
