C.A.F.E. Series

Cancer and Community: A Forum for Exchange

The C.A.F.E. Series is a welcoming space where University of Colorado Anschutz Cancer Center researchers and community members come together to learn, share, and connect. Each session is designed to foster open, two-way conversations about cancer research, health, and wellness, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with experts and ask questions that matter to them.

Through the C.A.F.E. Series, we aim to:

  • Increase awareness of ongoing cancer research at the University of Colorado Anschutz.
  • Encourage meaningful engagement between researchers and the community in a friendly, accessible environment.

Sessions cover a variety of cancer-related topics and are open to everyone—whether you are a longtime research participant, a patient or caregiver, or simply curious to learn more. Attendees leave with a better understanding of research, practical insights, and a chance to help shape future projects that impact their community.
