Rebecca Dehne PT, DPT

Dr. Rebecca Dehne is a graduate of the University of Colorado DPT program. She is currently completing her Faculty Residency at the University of Colorado with the goal of obtaining a teaching position upon completion of the residency. Dr. Dehne currently assists in various classes and labs throughout the physical therapy program including Movement Science, Foundations of Intervention, and Examination and Evaluation. Her residency focuses on teaching and learning theory, creating innovative instructional experiences, curriculum design, clinical education, and academic scholarship. Her current research focuses on implementation of a pain science curriculum within the DPT program. Prior to starting the Residency, Dr. Dehne worked in outpatient orthopedics, treating patients across the lifespan with a wide variety of impairments. During these years, she developed a special interest in the management of persistent pain.
