​Before contacting our Admissions Team, please be sure to thoroughly review our Frequently Asked Questions, important dates, prerequisites, other application requirements, application process information, and other pages on the PT Program website.
Should you have more personalized questions, please contact our admissions advisors via email at PT.Admissions@cuanschutz.edu. The admissions team is able to review transcripts for completion of prerequisites and advise on ways to be a more competitive applicant.
If you would like to have your transcript reviewed, please send PDF attachments of all unofficial copies of transcripts for ALL colleges and universities you have attended. Please do not embed images of your transcripts in the email and please double check that the files you plan to send are legible. If you would like to know whether or not certain courses you have taken are accepted, please include a link to the course description in the online course catalog at your institution.

Join us for a virtual information session to learn more about the PT Program, application requirements and process, and more. This session will also include time for Q&A with our admissions team.

Advising Appointments
If you would like to schedule a 30-minute phone or Zoom appointment, please email PT.Admissions@cuanschutz.edu, including unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Due to the large volume of requests for meetings, we regretfully are not able to schedule in-person meetings with prospective students.
Campus Visits
If you are hoping to visit campus, see our PT labs, and meet our students/faculty, please consider attending PT Preview Day.

PT Preview Day 2024
Tours
If you would like to schedule a 30-minute tour of the Anschutz campus facilities with one of our current students, please use this tour request form to enter your information and anticipated dates/times that you'd like to visit. Our students will work to accommodate your request, but please note that they are volunteering their time amidst their very busy school schedules. Tour requests with less than 48 hours notice may not be possible, and groups will be combined during busy periods. If you are unable to join us for a guided tour, we encourage you to explore campus on your own with a self-guided tour (note: campus buildings are accessible via badge access only).
If you would like to schedule a tour of the hybrid path facilities at the Hybl Center on the UCCS campus, please contact admissions directly at PT.Admissions@CUAnschutz.edu.
