Please be sure to RSVP for your respective Pathway Convocation and complete the Alumni Information Form by Friday, Nov. 13, 2026.
On Thursday, December 17, 2026, several faculty members will join you as you complete DPT Program Exit Surveys and Small Group Interviews. We greatly value your input and are very appreciative of your time. Please see the appropriate table for your pathway. Activities for the day include:

| Regalia (must be ordered Pick-up and Drop off: | Residential Students: Regalia is available to pick up on Thursday, December 17th from 11am to 6pm in the lobby of Education 2 South for Residential students. |
| Commencement Check In: | Begins at 12:30 pm. You should have your cap and gown on and be carrying your hood. Please do not wear your hood until after the ceremony. You will then line up with your class for the processional, which begins at 2:00 pm. |
| COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY: | Begins at 2:00pm and will last approximately 2 hours. The ceremony will be livestreamed. |

Once you have graduated and successfully passed the licensure examination, you may apply for licensure in any state. Requirements by state vary, so graduates should consult the applicable state licensing board's website for specific instructions.
Many state boards require verification of attendance or enrollment as part of the application process. If a form requires completion by a university official, students may email [email protected] for completion. *Please be sure to fill out all personal information prior to sending it. Our office will either complete and sign the form directly or coordinate with the Registrar's Office to obtain the required signature and institutional seal. There is a minimum 2-3 day turnaround time for this. If the state you're requesting licensure for also requires us to verify graduation, those requests cannot be processed prior to commencement and will be addressed after the winter break in the order in which they were received.
