Angie Bruflat, PT, DPT NCS graduated from CU with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009 and became a Board-Certified Neurologic Specialist in 2013. She practiced at University of Colorado Hospital (UCHealth) for over 12 years in all specialty units of acute care but with a clinical concentration on the acute rehab unit. Dr Bruflat worked as a Neurologic Specialist in her clinical role and focused on several initiatives for improving quality of care for patients with spinal cord injuries as well as sponsoring and hosting APTA continuing education courses. She also traveled to Vietnam in 2015 to volunteer at a local rehabilitation hospital for 2 weeks.
Dr Bruflat has worked for the CU Physical Therapy program for over 10 years and helps in Foundational courses as well as the Neurologic track. She also teaches the Applied Neurologic Physical Therapy elective for 3rd year PT students. In her free time, Dr. Bruflat enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her husband Carl and 2 children, Owen and Lily.| Name |
