Thank you for visiting the eXtraordinarY Kids Program at University of Colorado and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
The eXtraordinarY Kids Clinic was launched in 2007 by Founder and Director Nicole Tartaglia, MD. Dr. Tartaglia developed this unique interdisciplinary clinic team to address the medical, developmental, and psychological needs of children and adolescents with X&Y chromosome variations. Providers on this team include a developmental pediatrician, genetic counselor, endocrinologist, neuropsychologist, clinical psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, social worker and nurse to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment for children and adolescents with X&Y chromosome variations. Since 2007, our growing clinic has expanded to include a robust research program as well. The eXtraordinarY Kids Clinic is the only multidisciplinary clinic in Colorado recognized by the Association for X & Y Chromosome Variations (AXYS) and one of only 14 globally.
