"This program has offered me an opportunity to gain insight into my professional goals, my brand, and my strengths to propel me in my research career. The connections I made with other women leaders in the School of Medicine have been meaningful. Learning from successful women leaders on campus and their experiences have inspired me to dream big, to persist, and to continue improving the health of families. Thank you for this growth opportunity!"
-Venice Williams, PhD MPH, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
"This program has empowered me to advocate for myself and my colleagues and to create and implement systems that optimize quality of care and accessibility for my patients. I've been able to learn about and identify my style of leadership, approach to conflict, biases, and gaps in my understanding of the institutional workings of an academic medical center.
Beyond this, the program has connected me with extraordinary women who are positively impacting their fields. This community and network is one I treasure and know will be all the difference in supporting each other in our professional development and leadership pursuits."
-Chao Dominique, PsyD, Neuropsychologist at UCHealth and Assistant Professor in Deparment of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
