Office for Faculty Relations

"
We are committed to promoting, developing, and maintaining positive working relationships.”

The Office for Faculty Relations (OFR) advises and supports individuals and leaders (e.g. department and division chairs, program directors, the Dean of the SOM) in managing performance and behavioral concerns, establishes and holds faculty accountable to standards of excellence appropriate for faculty positions, and makes referrals to other campus resources. Our scope includes University of Colorado School of Medicine paid faculty and School of Medicine trainees. For student concerns see SOM Medical Student Professionalism Committee.
