The Office for Faculty Relations (OFR) advises and supports individuals and leaders (e.g. department and division chairs, program directors, the Dean of the SOM) in managing performance and behavioral concerns, establishes and holds faculty accountable to standards of excellence appropriate for faculty positions, and makes referrals to other campus resources.
