OFR offers several services to supervisors, program directors, department chairs, division and section heads, and other University of Colorado School of Medicine Leaders to help manage faculty relations and behaviors. OFR strongly encourages all supervisors to use the Vanderbilt Framework when addressing lapses in professional behavior and conduct.
