Professionalism Recognition

The School of Medicine supports several professionalism recognition programs.

  • Distinguished Faculty Professionalism Award
The annual Faculty Professionalism Award recognizes a full-time (at least .50 FTE) School of Medicine faculty member who serves as a role model for professionalism and exhibits academic and institutional citizenship. The winner of this award is honored at the School of Medicine White Coat/Matriculation Ceremony each year, and their name is placed on a permanent plaque that is displayed in the School of Medicine.
