Our Educational Resource Library serves as a growing collection of reliable and easy-to-understand informational materials about cancer, its risk factors, and strategies for prevention, early detection, and treatment. The goal of the library is to make high-quality cancer information more accessible to patients, caregivers, community members, and health professionals throughout Colorado. By bringing these materials together in one place, we help individuals make informed decisions about their health and improve awareness of evidence-based cancer prevention and care.
The library features resources on a variety of topics, including cancer screening, HPV vaccines, tobacco and vaping cessation, radon, clinical trials, and survivorship. Materials provide information about ways to lower cancer risk, screening guidelines, treatment and follow-up care. Many resources are available in downloadable formats for community distribution, classroom use, or clinical settings, and some are available in multiple languages to support broader access and culturally responsive education.
In addition to printed materials, the library includes short educational videos that explain cancer-related topics in a clear and visually engaging way. These videos can be used in community presentations, waiting rooms, classrooms, or shared digitally through organizations and social networks.
We invite you to explore our Educational Resource Library to access fact sheets, videos, presentations, and other tools that help build cancer awareness and knowledge. Our library continues to grow, and new materials are added regularly to better serve the needs of Colorado communities and the partners who work alongside them.

There are an estimated 2,130 new cases of colorectal cancer (CRC) each year in Colorado, but CRC is preventable and highly curable when it is diagnosed and treated at early stages - there is a 90% 5-year survival rate when caught early. The Colorado Comprehensive Cancer Control Program (CCCCP) partnered with Catch It In Time to produce CRC Screening 101, a series of educational videos on CRC screening guidelines and considerations, with the goal of improving knowledge of CRC screening amongst providers. Please share these videos with your networks and help us get the word out about appropriate CRC screening!
