RITTC services are designed to be flexible to meet the needs of your project. Most technologies are available as complete service packages, which include the standard wet-lab workflow and bioinformatics analysis for a typical experiment. For investigators who require only part of the workflow, individual components such as library preparation, sequencing, and informatics, can also be ordered à la carte.

All end-to-end sequencing services provided by RITTC include standard bioinformatics processing and quality control appropriate for the selected assay. Standard deliverables typically include read processing, alignment, quality assessment, quantification, and summary reports.
In addition to these standard analyses, RITTC offers custom bioinformatics support for investigators who require advanced analyses, interpretation, figure generation, or analysis of datasets generated outside of the core.
Bioinformatics support can be applied in two flexible ways, depending on project scope.
For larger projects, we strongly encourage investigators to include bioinformatics support in grant applications. In this model, a portion of an analyst's effort is funded for the duration of the project, allowing close collaboration from study design through publication. Core personnel can assist with developing bioinformatics aims, analysis plans, and budget justifications during grant preparation.
For smaller projects, one-time analyses, or projects generated outside of RITTC, bioinformatics support may be provided on a fee-for-service basis. Project scope and estimated effort are determined during an initial consultation.
