Scholarly Agenda
Dr. Hernandez in interested in learning how to optimize the engagement of students in physical therapy education through the use of technology and adult learning principles. Currently she is focused on studying and applying the pedagogical underpinnings of ungrading as a means to develop master adaptive learners and promote educational equity within physical therapy education. Other scholarly activities are focused on clinical practice and education related to pediatric physical therapy.
