Desktop Support - Aids with purchasing, setting up, and installing OS/Software on departmental computers. Windows, Mac, and Linux. Troubleshoots of computers and peripherals. Troubleshoots software including University systems and email. Disposals of old IT equipment. Manages Department Email Lists.
Data Support - Manages University shared drive permissions. Maintains Departmental databases (reservation system, inventory, grants). Performs data back-up and restoration.
Web Support - Provides ongoing updates to the Pharmacology website. Provides ongoing updates to the NTC website. Supports pharmacology.ucdenver.edu and associated webpages.
Asset Management - Manages Capital Asset inventory and disposals. Manages IT inventory.
Departmental A/V Support - Support set up and troubleshooting of departmental conference room technology including projectors, audio, and Zoom conferencing.
Informational Screens - Ongoing updates to the informational screens located in the hallway.
Conference Rooms - Approves EMS conference room requests.
Social Media - Manages Departmental Twitter account.
