Onboarding - Manage onboarding process of all new hires into the CU system.
Faculty Recruitment - Edit and submit appropriate job descriptions for posting on CU careers. Maintain and update posting.
New Employee Orientation - Coordinate workspace, badging, keys, orientation, and I-9 paperwork for all new employees.
Offboarding/Termination - Process terminations and vacation payouts.
Leave - Assist with coordination of Family Medical Leave and Short-Term disability agreements and provide guidance to employees on use of these leaves.
Foreign Hires - Onboarding for all foreign employees and visiting scholars. Process visa documentation for foreign employees and visiting scholars including J-1, H-1 B, O, TN and permanent residency applications. Monitor and maintain visiting scholars visa while here to ensure compliance.
