- For faculty, clinicians and staff working on the CU-AMC (including our hospitals) for help dealing with the stress and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- By contacting the Support Line, you will be linked with a volunteer who will listen, provide support, guidance and education. The support line will be available from 8am-5pm.
Wellbeing Workshops and Programs
- Written Exposure Therapy (WET) Intervention - Offered by Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the VA MIRECC. The program is a modified written exposure therapy (WET) intervention that includes feedback by licensed clinical psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists. Participation is anonymous. Questions: contact Meredith Mealer and Kate Cochran.
- Past the Pandemic: This ECHO series offers health care providers and other staff working in health care settings strategies to navigate, normalize and hold space for worries and experiences during this pandemic.
2021 Virtual Lecture Series: Enhancing Healthcare Professionals through Engagement with the Arts
Hosted by the Colorado Resiliency Arts Lab (CORAL) through the School of Medicine, this lecture series will be hosted on the third Friday of every month from 12-1pm on Feb 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, Aug 20, Sept 17 via Zoom.
