Objective
The major goals of the ongoing projects are:
- Understand the molecular mechanisms of chromatin assembly
- Discover ways to intervene in these processes as potential new therapies for a variety of cancers
Description
Students will: (a) prepare proteins for analysis, (b) perform structural biology experiments, (c) perform analysis using tissue culture systems, (d) acquire and analyze data, and (e) interpret and discuss results according to literature.
