University of Colorado Cancer Center Patient Navigation
Patient Navigation at the University of Colorado Cancer Center assists community members in navigating through the cancer center. There is no charge for patient navigation services through the University of Colorado Cancer Center.
Patient Navigators at the University of Colorado Cancer Center can assist patients in the following ways:
- Connect patients with oncology nurse navigators and social workers in various departments
- Provide community resources
- Provide education regarding HPV and Clinical Trials
- Connect patients, survivors, and caregivers with support groups
- Culturally tailored Bilingual Spanish support
