Academic focus: As a professor and researcher my laboratory focuses on the role of complement and cytokines in the pathogenesis of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) using various mouse models of RA, early RA, RA, OA synovium and developing complement-targeting therapeutics using innovative technologies such as gene silencing and gene editing. 

TrainingsI have served on SOM admission committee, thesis committee and worked with many undergraduate and graduate students.
