Resident Information

Our Division’s goal for resident education is to provide a framework to the evaluation and management of inflammatory and non-inflammatory rheumatic disease, to foster trainee interest in the field of rheumatology, and to produce the next set of leaders in the field of rheumatology. 

University of Colorado Internal Medicine Residents. Clinical and research training opportunities exist for residents in the University of Colorado Internal Medicine training program. We host internal medicine residents on a variety of clinical rotations including an inpatient consultation service at the University of Colorado and outpatient clinical rotations that include time at the Denver Health, Denver VA Medical Center, and University of Colorado, Anschutz. Visiting residents: If you are interested in completing an away rotation with University of Colorado Rheumatology, please fill out the form linked here to indicate your interest. Please note that a training license is required by the state of Colorado to participate in any rotation. At least 3 months' notice is needed to arrange rotations for visiting residents due to paper work requirements.
