Learn about the Rural Colorado Pre-Health Society

• RCPHS was founded in 2020 with the goal of empowering high school and community college students from rural Colorado who are interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. 
• RCPHS is focused on ensuring students from rural backgrounds have access to the resources and opportunities that promote their success. Students are paired into one-on-one mentorships with current medical students who can help support and guide them before, during, and after college. 
• The medical students are primarily from the Rural Program at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and many of them grew up in rural Colorado.
