Live Single-cell RNA-seq Sample Submission Form

Select this form for single-cell RNA-seq using live cells. This is the long-established single-cell RNA-seq assay offered by 10X Genomics that allows you to investigate gene expression, paired TCR sequences, paired BCR sequences, ATAC, TotalSeq-B/C hashing, and cell surface protein proteomics (CITE-seq) at the single-cell level.

$1,500 Fixed Single-cell RNA-seq Sample Submission Form

Select this form for single-cell RNA-seq using formaldehyde-fixed cells. After you fill out this form, we will prepare a cell fixation kit for you to pick-up at the Genomics Core (RC2-9400A). Prior to fixation, you must be able to isolate >300,000 cells with >80% viability. Human or mouse cells only. We aim to capture 5,000-8,000 cells per sample. This assay profiles single-cell transcriptome only. Basic bioinformatics included.
