Carly Ritger received her MS in Medical Anthropology from Boston University in 2021, and BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. Her master's thesis investigated the perceptions of children, parents, and staff members at a Boston multi-service center for Haitian immigrants to explore how children cultivated their identity, and how a nonprofit organization for immigrants functioned in the sociopolitical climate. Carly has enjoyed working on projects aimed at understanding and comparing patient and health care provider perspectives of health disparities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Carly joined ACCORDS in 2021 as a Professional Research Assistant in the Qualitative and Mixed Methods Core.
