The Qualitative & Mixed Methods Research Core​ at ACCORDS is dedicated to engaging and building knowledge in rigorous qualitative and mixed methods research across the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.The Core is available to collaborate with and support faculty and staff in conducting high quality qualitative and mixed methods research.


  • Advice on and support qualitative staffing needs such as PRA support
  • Assist in determining resources needed for qualitative research studies
  • Provide consultation to investigators regarding qualitative and mixed methods research design
  • Serve as a co-investigator or consultant on qualitative and mixed methods research studies
  • Develop best-practices regarding implementing qualitative and mixed methods research studies
  • Support career development applications
  • Assist in training faculty in qualitative and mixed methods research methods
  • Support innovation in methods development in qualitative and mixed methods
