Anowara Begum serves as a Project Lead 2 at the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus, where she manages pediatric research projects focused on improving health outcomes through evidence-based health initiatives. With a Master of Public Health in Global Health-Community and Behavioral Health, Anowara brings expertise in project initiation and implementation, strategic data collection and analysis, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to advance evidence-based, sustainable health initiatives. Anowara is currently pursuing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health, concentrating in Implementation and Evaluation Science. Her interest in public health is influenced by her own experience participating in a community health intervention to combat childhood malnutrition in rural Bangladesh. Driven by this early exposure, her long-term career goal is to leverage implementation science to improve health outcomes for women and children in low-resource communities through public health leadership and systemic change.
