Harris Expansion Community Fellowship

The Harris Program is currently seeking applicants for the Harris Expansion Community Fellowship Program for the 2023-2024 training year! Our goal is to support mental health professionals across the state to develop expertise in perinatal, infant , and early childhood mental health and become advocates within their communities. 

Applicant Information:

  • Masters or doctoral level psychology, social work, counseling, and marriage and family mental health providers who are licensed or license eligible with agency supervision
  • Actively seeking applicants who reflect the diversity of their community 
  • Prefer a minimum of 3 years working as a mental health clinician with birth to 5 population
  • Fellows will maintain a caseload or significant percentage of work with children birth to 5 and their families to support supervision and discussions in didactics
  • Tuition scholarships will be prioritized for applicants serving at-risk pregnant women, infantsyoung children, and families
  • Fellows must secure release time from their agency and obtain a signed MOUlinked below 
  • Agencies must be able to collaborate with Harris administrators and faculty for consultation and technical assistance to ensure the fellow’s training translates into meaningful impact for young children and families

Late applications accepted on a rolling basis based on availability.

 

All applicants are responsible for ensuring that all of their application materials are received by the above deadline date; incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
