Eissa Lab

The Eissa lab studies how humans apply complex and flexible cognitive strategies, such as making decisions in an ever-changing world. We use a combination of online crowdsourced behavior, computational modeling, and human brain recordings to answer these questions. Our goal is to ask 1. what are relevant cognitive strategies in different environments, 2. how does the brain implements these strategies, and 3. how do neurological and psychiatric disorders impact these processes?
