About the Course
Quality Systems Leadership (QSL) introduces necessary knowledge and skills that allow participants to effectively build and lead healthcare quality programs.
1 YEAR OF EXPERT-LED TRAINING
Over the course of 13 monthly, 90-minute virtual sessions, participants will learn what drives organizational decisions about quality and safety and how to align their quality and safety work with larger strategic priorities. Participants will build the core knowledge and experience to run organizational-level quality and safety programs. All sessions are led by current and former chief quality officers, chief medical officers, and other experts in quality, safety, and data analytics.
SUPPORTIVE, INTERACTIVE SESSIONS
QSL sessions are highly interactive and help participants apply the concepts to their specific organizational environments. In-session discussion as well as pre- and post-work help deepen understanding and application of core concepts.
