About the Course
Foundations in Healthcare Leadership (FHL) is a rigorous development program for early- to mid-career leaders across all disciplines looking to build a leadership career in healthcare. Blending in-person training, application of material to real-world challenges, and longitudinal executive coaching, this course is built to accelerate your success as a leader.
4 DAYS IN-PERSON TRAINING
Spend three days learning practical leadership concepts alongside a diverse cohort of healthcare professionals where you will immediately apply content to your leadership challenges. The final day will be spent building your personal development roadmap - a tailored plan to guide your continued leadership development.
1 YEAR OF 1-ON-1 EXECUTIVE COACHING
Over the course of 12 monthly coaching sessions and guided by your development roadmap, you will discuss your leadership successes, challenges, and receive feedback from your coach to help you improve.
PERSONALIZED DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
On the final day of the program, you will create a detailed professional development and feedback roadmap that will outline your key leadership milestones and a plan for how to achieve them. Your development roadmap will be your guide as you navigate your leadership journey following the program.
