2 DAYS IN-PERSON TRAINING
Over the course of 2 full days of in-person training participants will learn:
6 MONTHS TEAM COACHING
Teams will receive 6 monthly, virtual coaching sessions following the in-person training to ensure effective implementation of learned tools and address any challenges along the way.
CELEBRATE THE WINS
Participants will come together virtually for a final presentation to share their work, reflect on lessons learned, and celebrate their wins. This culminating session highlights progress made, recognizes achievements, and honors the collective impact of the team's efforts.
