
The
Colorado Program for Patient-Centered Decisions is located at the Adult
and Child Center for Outcomes Research and Delivery Science
(ACCORDS). This collaboration takes a broad view of shared
decision-making and brings together multidisciplinary expertise in the development of materials, measurement of outcomes, and implementation
into practice settings. This group currently consists of 4 core
principle investigators and 7 research assistants and has been
successful in obtaining funding from foundations, the NIH, and the
Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
