Megan Mitchell PT, DPT, MPH

Dr. Mitchell's role within CU Physical Therapy Program includes teaching responsibilities primarily in the Medical Conditions track both on the UCCS Campus and the Residential Pathway. She is the PULSE Coordinator, for simulation learning, for the UCCS Hybrid pathway and have a disaster medicine elective that is designed for physical therapy students to step into an emerging area of practice. Her commitment to acute care practice has led her to work in multiple areas including hospital-based care including the emergency department, disaster response domestically and internationally, and in sideline sports medicine.
