Teaching and Mentoring Opportunities

The Department of Pediatrics recognizes that the practice of Medicine, pediatric care in particular, occurs largely outside of academic medical centers. To give our trainees the true experience of primary care Pediatrics, we rely upon community-based providers to share in the teaching of our students and residents. 

Whether you prefer to teach as you see your own patients or to meet with students in a classroom setting, have an on-going relationship or individual, structured interactions with trainees, we are sure to have an offering that suits you. Please consider volunteering for one or more of the opportunities listed below. Your participation will greatly benefit students and residents.
