Zoha Zaka

Zoha Zaka, MHA

Zoha Zaka, MHA, is a healthcare administration professional with over six years of experience in hospital operations, outpatient services, and revenue cycle management. She earned her Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management from the University of Denver.

Zoha currently works as an access consultant at Kaiser Permanente, where she focuses on optimizing provider scheduling, patient access, and resource distribution to improve care delivery and efficiency across multiple clinical departments. She also has experience at the University of Colorado Hospital, where she supported critical care units including the Burn ICU, MSPCU, and CTICU. In that role, she managed scheduling, expense tracking, vendor coordination, and operational reporting to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration. Her prior roles include patient scheduling and care coordination at Boulder Community Health and revenue cycle management at Amerita Specialty Infusion Services.

She is excited to take part in the Institute for Healthcare Quality, Safety & Efficiency (IHQSE) Health Quality Leadership Fellowship, where she is building skills in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient safety while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to system-level projects.

Zoha’s long-term goal is to become a hospital administrator leading initiatives that improve access, equity, and organizational performance while advancing patient-centered care.
