The GMEC Learning Environment and Development (LEAD) Subcommittee aims to strengthen the clinical learning environment at CU Anschutz by developing sustainable systems that reduce administrative burden, foster trust, and empower program leaders, residents, and fellows with the the tools needed to thrive.

LEAD is here to help address the day-to-day details of the medical learning environment so that residents and fellows can focus on excelling as learners and providers.

LEAD is here to help connect residents with the right resources to help them thrive while on clinical service. Find information for nursing mothers and new parents, sleep/call rooms, and questions about workspaces.
