The GMEC Learning Environment and Development (LEAD) Subcommittee aims to strengthen the clinical learning environment at CU Anschutz by developing sustainable systems that reduce administrative burden, foster trust, and empower program leaders, residents, and fellows with the the tools needed to thrive.

LEAD is here to help connect residents with the right resources to help them thrive while on clinical service. Find information for nursing mothers and new parents, sleep/call rooms, and questions about workspaces.
LEAD listens to resident concerns about their learning and working environment, and provides timely follow up to address issues.
LEAD connects trainees with professional engagement opportunities to help them take the next steps in their career with confidence.
