Thiopurines Tip Sheet: TPMT Intermediate/Normal Metabolizers and NUDT15 Poor Metabolizers
The following information is intended for use by providers who are attempting to prescribe thiopurines (azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, and thioguanine) to patients with certain TPMT and NUDT15 metabolizer phenotypes.
